VeBridge is currently recruiting for a Sales Support position. The person in this role will be responsible for sales and marketing support activities required to VeBridge’s sales pipeline.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Candidate must understand problems ECM solves, how ECM solves these problems and “how cool it is”
  • Assist with sales, conversion and up-sell campaigns
  • Responsible for the lead generation process ensuring contact is made, information about the suspect is captured and documented in Zoho CRM, and transitioned to the Sales Executive for a meaningful sales conversation.
  • Qualify and triage incoming phone and web leads and gather information about the prospects’ needs
  • Perform outbound communication to prospective customers to identify and create sales opportunities.
  • Assist in scheduling prospect meetings and conference calls for sales team
  • Seek networking opportunities and provide support for those efforts
  • Develop and execute a cold calling strategy to target prospects
  • Prepare and coordinate webinars
  • Research potential prospects that have visited the website to determine suitability for follow-up
  • Perform updates to Zoho CRM to ensure accurate reporting and opportunity status
  • Manage and maintain accurate customer and prospect contacts for purposes of accurate email distribution and campaign lists
  • Knowledgeable in Zoho CRM, including the ability to maintain quality data to support the sales process, such as recording and tracking client and prospect communications and activities
  • Become familiar with and utilize marketing tools to support campaigns, promotions, web-site updates, etc.
