VeBridge is currently recruiting for an Operations Support Analyst who will be responsible for supporting the technical functions of the VeBridge scanning service bureau Operations department.

Job Description:

The Operations Support Analyst provides support to VeBridge associates and customers, fielding and resolving project and customer issues by utilizing internal systems, troubleshooting utilities, and support processes. Primary responsibilities include proficiency in Digitech PaperVision Capture, VeBridge’s tracking applications, internal quality utilities, scanning equipment, etc., for supporting operation’s production activities.  The position requires close communication with internal and external customers while maintaining issue ownership. The Analyst must develop proficiency in creating process documentation as well as the ability to work independently on support issues based on documented departmental policies and procedures.


  • Provide support to internal Operations team and customers
  • Maintain ownership, and follow through consistently, on communication related to all support issues
  • Continually increase your knowledge of the VeBridge systems and production software solutions and other related technologies
  • Communicate in a courteous and professional manner that inspires confidence in your ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Understand and abide by escalation procedures and interdepartmental policies
  • Utilize internal VeBridge systems during the technical support process and find new, innovative ways to make the processes more efficient
  • Exhibit strong process documentation skills
  • Confirm that support that is billable to clients is properly tracked

  • Required Qualifications:
    • Strong technical skills

  • Desired Qualifications:
    • Previous utilization of Windows operating systems in a Client/Server environment, Microsoft Excel,Microsoft Access, PC Configuration, SQL databases and networks
    • Help desk and application support experience
    • Software troubleshooting/diagnostic experience
    • 2-years in a technical Customer Support position
    • Associates degree, or equivalent experience
  • Travel Expectations:
    • 5-10%, travel for this position can include, but is not limited to, on-site upgrades, troubleshooting, and/or system administration
    • Travel is typically local and during business hours. On rare occasions there may be a requirement to travel before or after business hours
